This page lists every third party that AgriOps Technologies Limited ("AgriOps") engages to process personal data on behalf of its customers. It is the list referred to in clause 8 of the Data Processing Agreement and section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
AgriOps acts as a processor for farmer personal data. The cooperative, aggregator or exporter that collects that data is the controller. This page is published rather than supplied on request so that a controller can verify the list at any time, and so that changes are demonstrable rather than asserted.

2. What we do not use
No product analytics or tracking platform. The Platform loads no analytics, advertising or session-recording script. It sets two cookies, both strictly necessary — see the Cookie Policy.
No payment processor. Fees are collected by bank transfer against an invoice, so no payment card data is transmitted to or processed by a third party.
3. Not currently engaged
The following are listed for transparency. AgriOps does not engage them today but may do so under clause 8 of the Data Processing Agreement, with advance notice published here:
- Paystack Payments Ltd (Nigeria) — anticipated for NGN card and online payment collection
- Stripe, Inc. (United States) — anticipated for USD payment collection
- Anthropic, PBC (United States) — anticipated for AI-assisted compliance features, subject to explicit customer opt-in
4. Notice of changes
AgriOps will update this page and record the change below before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement are notified in accordance with the notice period in that agreement, and may object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds.
